Koko creates spoken word pieces about identity, gender, race, and mental health - usually blending poetry with vocal looping to create her unique style of live performance.
Her work has been performed at events such as Sofar Sounds, Tongue Fu and Glastonbury Festival. Her poetry has been described as 'brutally raw', 'fiercely honest' and 'heartbreaking'.
